What this year looks like:

A year of immense change and the courage to integrate it. You’ll take action in ways that feel deeply uncomfortable at times, and you’ll have the breakthroughs that only come from doing exactly that. Where you used to shrink or hide when you didn’t know the answers, you’ll start taking courageous action without needing certainty first. You’ll learn that the urge to shrink is often a sign you’re right at the edge of a breakthrough and you’ll stay with the fear and keep moving anyway.

You’ll embody the version of yourself who has what you want, and you’ll walk that path even when it feels clunky. You’ll learn that evolving takes time, and that the messy in-between is proof that you’re in it. The more you practice being this new version of yourself, the more confident you become. & you’ll understand that confidence isn’t the absence of fear, it’s the courage to move forward even it the wake of it.
